Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Generally, returns aren’t applicable on discounted/sale products.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Returns only for Manufacturing Defects: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you find any manufacturing defects in the product you received, you are eligible to initiate a return for exchange only within 3 days of the delivered date.
